Hello. Just wondered if anyone has used/any opinions on this shop? They stock a couple of bike brands I’m looking at.

Recently bought a few bits from them. Friendly and willing to talk on the phone, seem very knowledgeable and had pretty keen pricing on what I bought. Only downside on parts is that their returns are 7 days so doesn’t give you a huge amount of time to change your mind.. I’d definitely recommend them on my experience though.

Yep, just bought a bike from them, they were superb to deal with to be honest.

Bought my XT drive chain from them in Sept. Was so impressed by the customer service on the phone I used them to order my Hope brakes which they called me up about to advise about the delay at Hope (which I knew about but was grateful for the call).

I bought a custom wheel from them – they were excellent to deal with.

As others have said, helpful, willing to answer questions and offer suggestions/ alternatives, kept me updated on order. They’re now added to my list of bike shops to buy from.
