    Right, in my area we have very good 4G LTE signals with EE (No 5G yet).

    However, a few days ago I noticed my phone signal was non-existent on 4G, yet I had 5 bars 3G when I manually changed network band on my phone.

    Reported this to EE, they say they have checked and there’s no network issues in my area.

    Changed sim to a different phone to make sure it wasn’t the phone antenna that was knackered.

    Anyone have any suggestions? Could it be the sim that’s knackered?

    Sorry, that’s a bit glib, but could be the underlying issues with the weather and masts not picking up the slack when one or are out.

    Could also be a software update that’s required?

    Have tried restarting it, no different.

    It did cross my mind that it could be storm damage, but the fact that EE have said there’s no network issues rules that out.

    I wouldn’t trust EE if they said water was wet.
