Bought a used acoustic guitar case (listed as such)from a private seller. On arrival it’s a case for an electric guitar. A quick message to the seller and fine they’ll refund the price and postage but not my return postage. I haven’t as yet raised a dispute, but if I do will ebay recover the cost of the return postage from the seller ? The item was completely wrongly described, not sure why I should be out of pocket.

Use the eBay return process. If you select the right options it should eventually get you to a point where you can print a postage label without any cost to you.

Soft case only picture was from above. So no perspective of depth. I’ll try the returns process, see if a label comes up.

I’m sure I’ve read posts on here that via PayPal you can get so many free returns labels a year. I’m sure someone will be along to confirm.
