Looking for something similar sizing to a 2.1 Panaracer Cinder or 2.1 Kenda Nevegal.
Would the 2.1 Nobby Nic be too small, and am I better off with the 2.25?

2.25 is pretty much as described i'd say, can't comment on the smaller as i've not used them

2.4s seem reasonably sized, they look skinnier than my 2.35 Kendas but I think that more down to the amount of tread rather than carcass size.

2.1s are fine - i run them on both my Scott Spark and Felt Virtue, and they are more than big enough.
