They are supposed to be sold to serving LEO/military persolell only, hence the lower price. Guess that's why they are all black & relatively plain too. I got my M Frames from a matelot mate who picked them up from the US PX way back on Telic 2 for about $40.
I think these are the special issue versions for seeing through women's clothing in hot weather!

I have Flakjackets and goggles.. they are exactly the same as the normal ones only black.
