    Got to say that this is pure dumb from the Cadbury’s “Margeding” team…

    ‘Stupid’ Cadbury treasure hunt ad withdrawn after complaints

    Cad-Ad called on children to “grab a metal detector” and dig holes looking for gold or treasure, highlighting scheduled monuments to have a go at. Breaking quite a few laws of the land in the process.

    Reminds me of the hysteria surrounding the book ‘Masquerade’ in the late 1970s. Holes being dug everywhere. Different times!

    oh I thought there was new TV series! 🙁

    Even before I watched the TV program I knew there was some kind of rules preventing you to just go around digging up everything.

    Cadburys really didn’t put much thought into this promotion did they?
