Cues 9spd compatibility

Will a cues 9 speed shifter work with a 9sp xt derailleur and cassette?

I think the answer is ‘no, different cable pull ratio’  but could someone confirm please?

Nope.

All of the Cues work only with the Cues. “Some” of it is backwards compatible with older Deore, SLX, XT, etc. But it’s a lottery.

Ultimately it’s just yet another standard looking to create a standard, rather than make it work as it was advertised.
