Is it wrong to be excited when it’ in your home county? Ive not watched it for years and as it started tonight it said it was in Derbyshire. Glued to the telly 😁

Excitement is a word I wouldn’t normally associate with Countryfile, or rather “Cotswoldsfile” as it’s now been commonly known as.

But Derbyshire is an awesome county so please feel free to be as excited as you like.

I still have memories of some bloke catching crayfish in a stream that went up to his ankles in a life jacket.

John craven asked if it was OK to go in the stream without a life jacket and he was told NO.
