I’ve got a Banshee Prime V3 and absolutely love it, it’s soooo capable, but a tad heavy for its travel.  I recently picked up another bike from a mate, for a deal I couldn’t pass up, however, it’s very similar in travel and geometry, which lead me to investigate whether the Prime could be converted to have longer travel/become more of an Enduro sled (where it’s weight matters less), and found a YouTube video (from a well respected Suspension tuner), that claims both the front and rear triangle are identical between the two models, and its purely the shock length, upper rocker and lower link, that change to give the Titan, it’s extra rear travel.

Has anyone done this, or knows if this is definitely the case ?

    Many thanks

If that’s the case then the geometry charts can’t be correct because Titan has a bigger difference between head angle and seat tube angle and the same reach size for size despite the longer fork. It seems unlikely though.

When I got my Banshee I exchanged a lot of emails with Keith so I’d ask him directly.

Yeah, my understanding is it’s a similar tubeset but not the same front triangle. (Prime owner here too)

Ask Keith and let us know what he says. ( @BillOddie my Prime is better than yours btw)

Banshees are like dogs, everyone thinks their one is the best and nobody is wrong…

If you’re referring to the Rulesman video, if i recall correctly, he says the frames are the same ‘except for the headtube’.
