Anyone out there used one of these ? any regular users ? I`ve walked past the machine a couple of times in Puregym, watched the youtube demos and finally gave it a go yesterday.
I definitely felt like I had done something, did a 3 minute warm up on setting six which is my normal setting on the rower, then did 6 x 2 mins with 40 seconds rest intervals.
Like the rower seems like a good way to get a good warm up or for a HIIT sessioning machine rather than something that could be used for 20 minutes or more.
