Anyone having problems with theirs? I went to regrease my BB recently and found that it was squirting the grease into the hollow rather than into the bearings. i re-seated the tool but it only did the same thing again.

Is the little white plastic shim at the back of the bearing damaged?
As far as I can tell the grease tool uses this to deflect the grease back into the bearing.

Not sure, but Ill have a look. But, it does it on both, which makes me think that it is me maybe doing something wrong

One side worked, the other didn't, i'll check that seal.
