Got a small chip on my carbon frame, not a scratch looks like somethings fallen on it.
Anyway do you need to do anything about it?

It’s a Planet X frame, the chip looks white? so I guess it’s just the laquer.

My 9 year old Scott Strike has a number of chips and scratches including one caused by a 25 mph tree strike.

Flick it frame and see of it sounds right. F1 teams use a tuning fork for this purpose but I found a finger nail also works.
