Has anyone seen a cheaper alternative to Park Tools wheel holder

For several jobs this looks like a really good idea. But I wouldn’t use it enough to justify the £100. They do a cheaper one, but that doesn’t do the 45° angle which is what I’d use most.
I can appreciate there’s quite a lot of machining in the Park Tool, but if I had a lathe handy I’d just make it myself.

I made my own, for the axles I used pit bike axles 12 and 15mm. Very cheap on eBay and for the very infrequent times I have a wheel with a different axle I’ll just go old school.

For the body I used a bit of flat bar folded over, holes drilled to screw the above axles into.

started as proof of concept and ended up being the end version, might make a mk2 to address minor niggles.

Yes that would work perfectly (wondering why I didn’t think of it!).
I could probably use threaded rod for axles too, although they might scratch the hub.
    To the garage!
