Otherwise you could try to get something similar from Farnell, RS, Mouser Rapid etc.

Contacting focusrite would be cheapest once you factor in your time to work out exactly what is needed. Otherwise I have had good luck before using thomann.de for pc mounting audio connectors. Again, send them an email if it doesn’t appear online as they can often get other stuff

Focusrite were in High Wycombe last time I checked.
