Mrs Db got a secondhand iMac recently, but it won’t link through bluetooth to a new keyboard – my phone can see and be seen by both keyboard and iMac but keyboard and iMac won’t connect 🤔 any clues for us non computer savvy peeps?

How old is the iMac and is it an apple keyboard or something else?

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro not consistently recognising bluetooth sensors using Zwift. I sorted it by deleting a couple of bluetooth preference files then restarting. The details were somewhere on Zwift, I think. It may not be the same issue, but might be worth a try. I’ll see if I can dig out the instructions I followed in case it’s useful.

Edit: https://support.zwift.com/en_us/bluetooth-issues-and-macs-(cycling)-rJgNZ0yWBQ was the support article. Like I said, it may not be exactly the same issue, but could potentially be useful.

@somouk it’s a Logitech k780 keyboard that is supposed to work with the iMac & the iMac software is recent enough according to the keyboard spec 🤔 iMac is about 4yrs old I think?
