Bike packing bags on the cheap, please

Looking for some bike packing bags for the lads adventures , looking for cheap and cheerful to experiment with.

any suggestions?

this setup has worked fine for me for 10 years, weighs next to nothing and cost about £25 (think they have gone up since then though)

Planet X podsacs stuff is hard to ignore for the price.

LOMO do some good bags too. I’ve got their frame bag. It’s quite small, but suits my Inbred fine, although I would expect it would be too small for many bikes.

Of you have a track or beg ot borrow one then strapping a dry bag to the top works well.

Rockbros bags are great, even more so for for the money
