Just one quick question: in the manual there is a little dripper bottle indicating something needs lubing. Grease or chain lube type stuff? It doesn’t say which one. I’m assuming grease because surely a chain lube would just leak out. 😕

Take seals off the bearings and lube them – there’s not much in there when new and then grease behind the shields too before you fit.

No grease port. It’s in the assembly instructions. Oh well, I’m going for grease because common sense dictates that a chain lube will just leak out.

I’ve already taken the seals off and stuffed the bearings full of grease. There was barely any in there!

All sorted and running sweet now I’ve got jockey wheels that have got all the bearings in and that have teeth that you can see! The old ones truely were a mess.
