well, here’s the story, in 2010 i was a fatty who pretty much did no riding so to motivate myself i bought a camera and decided I’d take one picture every ride, note the mileage and write a blog. three years later I’m 3st lighter, ridden over 7000 miles and am fitter in my 40’s than i’ve ever been. unfortunately over 180 rides a year means that i have to get a bit creative with the pictures to keep them interesting for myself and to look back on, so yes self timer pictures have to be done.
