    I’ve been emailing 2Pure with no luck, phoning just gets me an answering machine telling me to email…. aaargh!

    Really annoying, anyone been in touch with them recently? If so what email/number did you use.

    Think they must be pretty busy at the moment…took about 10 days to respond to an email regarding my Joplin which is now with them. Used the standard info email address

    To be fair they are a distributor to the trade, not consumers. You should really be dealing with your LBS who will contact 2Pure on your behalf.
    (although as they give contact details on their consumer facing site they must expect people to contact them directly sometimes)
