So my Specialized 2Fo shoes have started to smell rank and repeated washing won’t get rid o the smell.

Usual sources (CRC etc) aren’t throwing up any good value. Anyone spotted any deals recently?

There was the Shimano GR7 at Evans for £29.99 the other week. I think on the other thread some people bought multiple pairs so worth having a look to see if anyone has a ‘spare’ pair.

Douse all the absorbent bits with white vinegar to kill the bacteria and then wash them again. I’ll be amazed if that doesn’t sort it!

Or water purification pills, or freeze them.

As above – try different cleaning techniques – but everyone needs more than one pair of flat shoes anyway, so check Evans, Sport Pursuit etc. for bargains.
