Daughter, Beatrice Marion Eleanor, was born just after 2.30pm today (via planned c-section). She had a bit of a shaky start (needing some help breathing) and is only tiny (5lbs 8oz), but she's a beautiful little thing and just the ray of innocent happiness that Mrs North and I needed right now.
I take my hat off to Mrs North, as always; she's the most ace person ever. And now I have two of them
Poor little thing has a bit of a squished nose from being stuck inside Mrs North at a funny angle. Will straighten out soon enough. Otherwise she'll look just like her Dad.
So you decided not to go with 'Kid Dynamite' then? I'll just put that down to the fact that you're probably tired and a bit emotional right now. Still time to change your mind…
congratulations, our first was a c-section and was in an incubator for a while after its scary at the time but shes hard as nails now and learning to ride her balance bike.
