Which would be more suitable? I’ve got a Cannondale Flash with 80mm travel. I’ve done Glyncorrwg about 5 years ago. But on a 5 inch hardtail and it was alright. Never tried Afan though.

Either. Both. Ride W2 from either trail centre would be my advice.

Whites v YWall I assume? Pretty much the same. It’ll be a little harsh in places, but climbs will be quick

If you’re on a Flash you may as well do the w2 which includes both Afan (the wall) and Glyncorrwg (whites).
