    How good are hope.

    My r4 and r8 went funny. Theyre both 6yrs old. Posted to hope monday. Arrived back today fixed foc…

    Not even postage to pay

    Just wanted to say how impressed i am. Thats customer service above and beyond!

    Hope and Exposure/USE are great examples of how to do customer service right.

    You pay a premium but get excellent products and excellent after sales service.

    I have Hope R4 and R4+ and batteries with and without the power indicator on them.

    The connectors seem to break occasionally, but the same I fill in the form and I have also just received one back last week.

    Can not fault the service

    Hope and Exposure/USE are great examples of how to do customer service right.

    I sent my revo back to exposure and they returned saying “next time don’t plug the dynamo into the output”.

    Its was superb service but its a bit of a joke they designed a system where the input and output used the same socket.
