Right – been into town looking for inspiration….

I have a Gaggia Classic and a Dualit burr grinder – I was thinking I could either upgrade the burr grinder to something more substantial or sell the Classic and buy a bean to cup machine (and add a little of my own money too).

Or an ice cream maker (have kids and they would love it)

Or a nice food mixer (again, kids, cakes etc)

Or (going a bit leftfield and it may not get used) – a petrol remote control car (they seem to be in the £200 to £300 region and the father in law has a huge field I could use.

Or a Lambo driving experience (only £59 on offer at Red Letter Days for 4 laps).

Or spend it all on a more in-depth rally driving day – they seem to be in the £200 to £300 region too.

Or be very boring and save it.

It all does seem a little mad though – struggling to think of something to spend money on (I could spend £250 on stuff for the house but I really want to do something for me).
