    So I’m quite close to getting myself one of these and I was wondering (as I can’t seem to find a definite answer) can I run a 29er wheelset on on these? Only up to a 2.35″ tyre. I only ask because I don’t always need a 2.8/3.0″ tyres on when I’m bimbling around Thetford or the local area so it would be nice to have the option of running both.

    If anyone can confirm this, that would of great help! Thanks 🙂

    I have a 2017 700 plus and yes, I’m running it only with 29 so far. 2.4 mk2 and 2.4 x-king have both worked.
    Before my frameset arrived, I checked the rear end would fit a 29 in my wife’s Contessa 710 plus and indeed it did work with the alloy rear triangle too!
