  • 2012 – another shimano price increase?

    One of the guys I work with was buying a ride-to-work Kaffenback from planet-X this week. He’d ordered it and Planet-X rang to say that they couldn’t supply since they had jsut been given a surprise 20% increase in all shimano prices.

    This could be some form of company BS or a early sign of more expensive 2012 shimano (given the exchange rate with the yen I wouldn’t be surprised).

    Call me cynical but it goes up every year for a month or so then we all think we’re getting a deal again.
