How long would you leave it before considering it 'off'. I've had a 1kg tub in the fridge, opened since early November. 'Use by' was 24th October. The internet says 7-10 days, but I already ate it well after that deadline. It was fine back then, but I got a little suspicious around mid-November and left it to see if it would go bad. Checked today and it's pristine - no mould, no separation or funny-coloured fluid, no bad smells. I'd really like to eat it but don't want to wake up dead tomorrow...
