Anyone recommend some yoga dvd's and/or video downloads?
I don't have the opportunity to get to a class for the foreseeable future, but could do with adding in some flexibility work. Just looking for something I could follow for 20-30 mins, a couple of times a week.

David Swenson DVDs - The Practice or Short Forms gives 15 min/ 30min/ 45min alternatives to the full Primary series.
