We ordered a lawn mower off very and yodel have been trying to deliver it. Their website says they have tried two times and left cards. The first two times I was in so assumed he could not find it as there were no cards left.
Driver came today and stopped outside our gate my wife saw the van and walked down the drive to open the gate. As soon as he saw her coming he reversed away as fast as possible. My wife stood there confused. Before she got back in the door she got a text saying we tried to deliver your parcel but no one was in to sign for it.
Tried to speak to yodel but I cannot contact the Gloucester depot. Spoke to very but there is nothing they can do and we can only get a refund when the item is returned.
Any ideas what i do now?

Contact the seller, it's their responsibility to ensure delivery and Yodel are their customer, not yours.
