I've been to the actual shop near Milton keynes. It's a great independant shop, with outdoorsy type staff, so well worth supporting, and they usually have great sales as well!
Good service in my experience and pretty good pricing too.
Excellent shop in Stony Stratford near M Keynes. Ordered lots from them, never had any problems.

Bought a brilliant Berghaus pack lite faux down jacket! superb quick delivery, no issues at all.
Yeah bought from them a few times, they have some very good deals on climbing gear.
Picked up a berghaus stop jacket and a light weight pack, good value, no technical help though but I guess its not that what you are looking for in the place.
Good stock levels and smiley staff as well
