My wrist has a lump the size of a pea and is solid, its on the top of the wrist joint and is pushing the skin up, only felt it last week. Also my wrist /arm feels like a sprain now but that "may " be due to an off last weekend, the lump was there before the off though.
What is it?

a lump in the wrist, is usually caused by excessive and repetitive flexion in the joint. Have you been engaging in too much hand to gland combat by any chance?
Whack it with a bible, or a hardback Dawkins if you're an atheist.
