Yes, of course you should.

You may have the next 'picolax' thread in the making 😀

Edited for stupid autocorrect nonsense

If it's in a tin, and it's somehow been contaminated and gone off, you'll know it as soon as you open it! Eat it 🙂

That's not a pie anymore. That's a land-mine.

Opened it and is smells a bit like dog food, which from memory is how fray Bentons pies smell.

So the pie mines in Plants vs Zombies are courtesy of Fray Bentos. I like that.

Not had a fray bentos pie since probably mid 2000's, sold house clearing cupboards and found one bought a few years ago and not eaten.

Lived on the toilet for 3 days....

Tinned food has already been cooked in the can so as long as its remained air tight then it'll be sterile ish.

Isn't 2005 part of the horse meat era?

Does it have the price on it?

If it was £6.50 you're golden.

I took one bit and it was too nasty. In the bin. Fail from Mr Bentons.

My nana had tinned macaroni cheese from the napoleonic wars in her cupboard and they never did us any harm. They were over 10 years old, she also had babycham from the early 70's that we drank on new years eve 4 years ago. No unexpected side effects
