I changed my second word today as it’s been near useless recently for identifying letters.
Before I started playing hard mode, I used "orate", "guild", and "sync" as my first three words. Those have all the vowels plus y and the highest frequency consonents. In hard mode, I always start with "irate" then try to think of words that are useful to eliminate possibilities.
