Can anyone recommend any please - have to be wireless (iPhone XS) but happy for them to be tethered. However I had a pair of these but I found that the cable travels around the neck and gets caught up eventually pulling at one side so I would prefer some that are more running specific with over-ear clips or some other solution to that niggle.

I had the same ones as yours and also had the same issue..partly I think due to the weighting of the controls moving when running. I found these to be ideal for running.. way more comfortable as well as it happens, but more importantly rock solid when running.

Fantastic - just what I wanted to hear - ordered 🙂

Edit - I have some Airpods but would rather use a cheap pair for running in case they get broken/lost/soaked in sweat etc.

Try the ones you have with the cable at the front, not the rear.

I tried that but it doesn't work (and someone stole them when I left them unattended in the gym anyway so I no longer have them)

B&O E8 work well for me but I find I need a headband to feel confident they won't fall out.

These have been great for turbo trainer use. Very impressive quality for the price and much better battery life than my old Powerbeats that eventually gave up the ghost.

Jabra Elite Sport 2, don't move from your ears, great sound and waterproof. Not cheap, but after years of trying to make cheaper things work I eventually threw some money at these and have not regretted it.

I use Beats-X with mine for gym, running etc. Only thing I find middle annoying is the cable etc bouncing around my neck, so try and tuck it in the top of my shirt/ jacket.

The jabra elite t65 are better than the elite sport, but I prefer jaybird run for security, not had the t65 ever fall out but they feel like they could, no chance the jaybird run would fall out.

However they are both in a different price bracket to the cheaper suggestions above.

Creative Outlier One. About £30 so if they get drowned then it's not that much of a problem.

If you're on shared bike paths, keep to the left 😀

Jaybird Tarah pros for me. Great sound, really secure, decent battery life and quick charging. Only downside so far is the proprietary charging clip.

I've got some of https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07H6GXQTR?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_shar e" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">These and they're great for running and riding. You can use one at a time or both obviously.

Stay in your ears solidly, and no cable to make a noise with every step.
