I'm about to replace a wifi printer with a network (wired) one. Assuming I plug the printer into the Wifi Router, I should still be able to see it from the wirelessly connected laptops and PCs shouldn't I?

I'm 99.99% sure about this, but I need reassurance.

Please

Oh and its one of these, if it makes a difference HP 6500

Of course you should, if it sits in the same subnet (which it will with any normal router).

"Connectivity
Easily network your HP Officejet 6500 all-in-one via embedded Ethernet and share high-speed double-sided printing with up to 5 users anywhere in the office."

From the product description. Tends to suggest "yes"

Yep. That's exactly what I do: Lexmark laser printer connected to wifi router so I can print from any computer in the house (wired or wifi).
