Remember you are still very infectious even 48 hrs after you've stopped being sick. Think of it as an extreme pre Christmas diet

Yup, thought I'd stopped being sick until about an hour ago, that was a lie. Gives me a good excuse to miss the girlfriend's work Christmas do tho..

Try and wait 24hrs until after you've been sick before you eat..
