Dear STW

I'm looking for some advice on a car (its intended use) spray gun... I'd like to touch up a panel or two on my old motor, and with my new compressor, itching to go.

Any help/suggestions gratefully appreciated 😉

cheers,
Jonathan

Devilbiss GTi or Devilbiss GTi Pro for whole panels (max 1.4 setup with a 110 aircap or 115 aircap for waterbased paint)
Devilbiss SRi for spot repairs.
Also Sata guns are good if a bit pricey.
I would recommend an inline filter on your airline if your compressor is a diy/cheap one. This will catch any water or oil and save it mixing with paint thus contaminating it and generally making a mess!

lammy - thanks bud.

I've bought an inline filter/lubricator/regulator, but have just bid on a new norgren water extractor as a secondary device in the pipeline.

Have just had an ebay search for devilbliss and nearly fell off of my chair! ouch!!

😉

I was thinking of spending about £50!!! unless you know of something 2nd hand!?
