I've checked. Not following her. All the people/things I follow are cycling or sport and I only follow about a dozen all in. Maybe that's the problem? Not enough stuff it knows that I want so it "fills" with shite instead?

Just block anything on Twitter that you don't follow. Block random follows. You need to be persistent but you get a crap free Twitter feed.
