i lived in paris, but that was 20-odd years ago, so proably not much help.
if it'sill there, don't eat in roger la frite opposite montparnasse tower.
the metro was brilliant
at the door to my flat was a restaurant called port di pidgiguiti or something similar - 20-something rue etex, metro to guy moquet, highly recommended (if it's still there) African, all the profits go/went home for irrigation/education/construction projects

mm a few... i was just wondering if there was anyone over there near or in Paris, a biking chum might help as im planning on taking a bike or two. and im sure il have more questions about what to do before i move there and things.

planning on being in the centre of paris, havent found a place yet but there are sooo many flats available i will find a definate one closer the time.

God, I'd love to live in Paris, I have this dream, coffee in a little cafe, fresh baguettes, teeny apartment, no idea what I'd do for a living though, LOL!

french expact here , but I am from Millau in the south , so not very helpfull . But there are a lot of good riding around paris . try the velovert.com forum for more infos on the riding .
