Last ones, which were donkeys year old, CX something? have just died, looking to spend up to £40?

Where is it safe to buy from online, heard there are quite a few fake ones about 😉

Ta

Don't buy through play.com marketplace. I got a fake pair, which broke and it took weeks and numerous emails and phone calls to get a refund.

I think I got the CX300's, have worked very well and been very robust despite being in my sweaty lug holes on many rides and gym session. I got an inline volume, but next time would get an inline iphone mic as well so I don't have to fish my phone out when I'm riding instead of working!

Why Sennheisers? Try SoundMagic E10s, far better IMO.

8)I replaced an old pair of Senns with these RHAs for £30 which I would recommend.

EDIT: the buds aren't shiny either which seems to help keep them in better than the old ones 8)

Senn MM50iP here, I'm pretty sure is CX300 with a mic/accept call button. Sound is excellent, but I have sweaty/waxy lugholes and they slip out too often when riding.

CX300, although I tend to buy the Creative clones of them (EP630) which are half the price.

Liking my soundmagic MP21s though, which have a handy mic and clicker button on the left ear cord for calls or pausing music.

MM70iP's here, after several sets of MM50's (which only died because I killed them), which I use all the time & would happily recommend (though haven't tried any 'proper' alternatives)..
Careful with buying them, as mentioned cheap clones are available (lots of site about that tell you what to look out for), and Sennheisers will not warranty any Amazon market place sellers, only direct from Amazon sales.

Sennheiser are a bugger to get anything warranted with, as when you apply for a returns number, they expect you to supply a debit/CC number for any work they feel you need to pay for.. before they even get your product back to them.

I have some the wife bought when she was into running although she instantly didn’t like them so they have seen less than 1hrs use, although they have been knocking around in a draw for a while.

Don’t know the model but they are the wraparound type and say omx80 on them.

Yours for a decent offer?

I've got some CX680 with an odd rubber hook thing which keeps them secure in your ear. I've not managed to get one to fall out yet no matter what. Mine were £36 from Costco last month, still had loads left earlier this week.

I bought a pair of the sports ones (grey/orange) but everytime the cord bounced on my chest, the interference was awful. Really poor design IMHO. Went back and swapped them for plain white ones and they are excellent. Stay in even when sweaty and no interference, plus good quality sound.

Plus 2 piece molded plug that fell apart and the most easily tangled cord material in the world. Junk...

Shure's where it's at.
