Hi, has anyone got any recommendations for a surf camp/surf lodge/surf hotel for mid October? Somewhere warm would be great, not too "hostel-ish", my wife would appreciate a little luxury. Don't need epic, huge surf bit not pure beginners either. Portugal? Morocco? Madeira?

Morocco is cool, good surf that time of year. Did a trip years ago with Surf Maroc. They have a few different accom options. Food and accom were great at the place we stayed. Villa Tagazout?

Check out 7 island surf in Fuerteventura. It’s been years since I’ve been, but it was excellent - and all the reviews I have just seen suggests it is still Tom who does the teaching, and all the reviews are excellent.
