vistaprint is as good as any altho am sure theres cheaper. mind, if you find your local print shop it might be even better.

The interface is less faff than any other online printer that I have tried and I can sell designs on it, or just put something on it for me. They have kids clothing options on there as well as loads of other stuff.
May not be cheapest but the t-shirts seem like decent quality.
