I can't be the only one doing the whole beer/fire/meat thing, can I?
Rolled sirloin here. Sunday roast á la BBQ. Rather unintentionally, it'll be served with a potato salad, a tomato and shallot salad, and some local watercress.
With Hop Back Summer Lightning. Oh yes...!
(Weber Mastertouch Gourmet in silver. Really brings the charcoal alive)
Wild boar burgers from Countryfile Live. Ooer.
Unconventionally, not unintentionally! It's entirely intentional!
Steak, cauliflower and broccoli cheese, huge hunk of granary bread and a glass of brunelo
MArks an sparks burgers and posh dogs yesterday :-p
burgers, sausages and corn on the cob. Simple, but decent quality products cooked well. Even though I say so myself.
Coupled with a Lemon and Thyme Saison, and I'm just waiting for a Thornbridge Helles to chill in the fridge.
bouillabaisse, been cooking for about an hour and a half and has had about a bottle and a half of wine in it.
french bread will go on once I take the pot off.
domaine Vincent Caréme Vouvray chilled to perfection..
Spag bolle 😂
Aldi Bratwurst. The first thing on any barby shopping list
Spatchcocked chicken, basted with Alabama white sauce (dj BBQ, fire food), roasted vegetables and a rice salad to go with it too.
Also on a mastertouch, sure the stw grill of choice?
Bouillabaisse and spag bol? On a barbie?
GTFO of this thread.
Totally doable using a pot, it just brings it to the boil quicker 🤪
Not quite a BBQ but a wood pellet fired pizza oven... Rib Eye steak cooked in the Uuni on a cast iron sizzler (about 2 mins each side)
Also did some cheesey garlic bread pizzas (took about 90 seconds), some Haloumi (took about 1 minute), some cherry tomatoes, red pepper and baby sweetcorn (also took about 4 mins)...
Roast beef here too, done on a cobb. Lots of seasoning and it turned out nice again.
My 6 burner bbq blew across the garden in a storm - gas bottle and all. It's only 8c here so I'm not bbq'ing owt.
