When he went over the line first again, he did a 'phone' sign. What was that about?

I guess when you're all riding that close together you have to work as a team to some extent, and with so many columbia riders up there in the last few km, it owuld n't matter that much if armstrong hung off, and lets be honest he doesn't really need the help!

Columbia don't have a GC contender, so any favours they do for Astana might get repayed later, perhaps a leetle lead-out for a sprint, perhaps closing a gap to get Cav Paris-wards. Ultimately though, I think they were riding for the stage and LA hitched a ride.
