The grapes in the garden are just about ready, and I haven't a clue what to do with them. Help.
I thought about grape cheesecake as that's the only type of cake I'll eat.
Any ideas or recipes?
Same applies to about 20-30kilos of almonds.
And about 10 kilos of walnuts.
I will be giving alot away to prevent wastage.
Thanks.

Walnut whips?

Learn how to make marzipan.
Marzipan... Good god man! It's disgusting!
Walnut whip? I don't suggest looking on the urban dictionary.com for that one! 😯
Have you seen how much you pay for vines at garden centres?
Easy to propagate.
Wine?
Pick them when its dry, kids love to crush them, cheap demi jars from freecycle, upset your friends next year 😉
About to pick my grapes this year. Made 100 bottles last year, drop me an email for more tips don.

I'm attempting to make wine with the ones from my garden.
Last year I ended up making vinegar. So that means I know at least one recipe that definitely doesn't work.
But how hard can it be?
Put them in the microwave and create plasma? Cut in half leaving a little bit of skin connecting each half. put in microwave. turn on.
If this isn't exciting enough try filling the microwave with them and filming it FOR SCIENCE.
Crushing grapes with your (carefully cleaned) feet is quite something....
Freeze them, then eat them.
