This morning I unwittingly put some "half and half" in my morning cuppa.

Not right.

Know what's worse than that?

UHT dairy creamer ("tastes like real cream!!") - yeah, perhaps if you've left it in the sun for a month.

If its instant I will put whatever sugar in as anything will make it taste better.

If its real coffee then it has to be strong and black, criminal to do anything else to it.

I had a couple of cappucinos from the Rapha Cafe in London yesterday. That was expensive but tasted very nice.

As for the sugar, decent coffee shouldn't need sugar.

I like sugar with my decent coffee. It tastes nice.
I sometimes have tomato sauce with a lovely thick very rare fillet steak.
It tastes nice.

When I was at the Dalwhinnie distillery, the guide told us to drink the scotch the way we liked it and not listen to snobs that say you shouldn't add water or ice to it. In this case I prefer it neat.
It tastes nice.

I'm with him, when people tell me not to put sugar in my coffee, and how long to cook pasta for, and tell me how I should drink my scotch, then I know I'm talking to a t*t, and TBH, life's too short for that kind of shit.

I don't put white sugar in my coffee
I once put salt in my coffee thinking it was white sugar
I won't make that mistake again

The only time anything goes into my coffee is when I drink Mocha.

I add salt to my Mocha, I'm also partial to stirring it with a piece of Liquorice but only because it reminds me of salmiaki.

Sugar ruins coffee. Don't drink it if you think it needs sugar.

"GAAH! This delicious beverage tastes awful, I know, I'll add some sugar, now it tastes fantastic, and of sugar."

Sugar does not ruin coffee. If fact if you want sugar in coffee then white sugar is preferable so one's taste is another's shite.

Oh ... Good coffee does not have the sour after taste yet some people called it fruity but I call it shite, slightly bitter yes but not sour. Also poor high roast means drinking charcoal.

😆

I saw a "coffee" shop selling alcohol free Irish Coffees yesterday.
