@Napalm - F-u-c-ked Up, I'm guessing?

I was meant to be seeing them in Southampton a couple of weeks ago, they were set to play a co-headliner with Against Me, but it got cancelled.

I'll never get tired of seeing them live, such a good band.

Sounds cool (apart from Duran Duran!). Ashman was a hero of mine. Is Annabella performing?

Arch Enemy, London Forum @27th
Annihilator's on on the 20th (assuming there's still tickets available).

@wwaswas
Kinda forgot Av7x were playing - by the time I remembered to check they'd sold out of decent seats/standing 🙁 They've currently got (Dream Theater's recent ex-drummer) Mike Portnoy hammering 7 bells out of things by way of a stand-in...

(Admittedly not november, but Paul Gilbert's playing here in London on friday, so it's either a few hours of shred guitar or a beer festival..hmmm, tricky choice...)

Quite looking forward to it jond - it's his birthday treat and I got tickets on the mornign they were released - seated - he's not that big yet - the last gig I went to @ the Brighton centre was The Jam's last concert in 1980 something!

(I did go and see BB King there more recently but that wasn't a jump around kind of event and most gigs in the meantime were either at Concorde sized venues or Glastonbury)

We're playing at the Cellars in Eastney (Portsmouth) this Sunday, if that counts?

wwaswas, be prepared to be blown away by Portnoy. He's a stunning drummer.

Hi Dez, yes she is as are Biw Wow Wow & Billy Idols guitarist - promises to be memorable.
He died too young.

Yes, F*cked Up indeedy, just how good are they live.

If the question had extended into December, I'd have thrown on a little Napalm Death indulgence at Camden on the 3rd too.

Imelda May. Nov.17th Amsterdam.

She cancelled the Nottingham show on 30th Sept, I fancied a couple of days away, so saw she was playing in .nl, so booked it. Cheaper tickets 15 euro against £22, 5 minutes walk from the hotel.
Thinking about going to see Amy Macdonald on the 16th, the night I get there, though may be too much of a rush, as she is at the Amstel, which is a fair way out of town, and I don't land until 18:25.
Alan.

Assuming that isn't a rhetorical question, they are amazing live!

Not many hardcore bands with three guitarists, it's a wall of sound, more so than on record. Also, it's a totally interactive experience with Abraham/'Pink Eyes' in the audience for the majority of the gig.

Can't wait to see them again.
