Hi all i have decide on a bike it is a giant seek 4

i am pretty new to cycling i am just under 6ft1 anf inseam of 33" looking at the geometry (which is pretty complicated to me) what size would you suggest,med large or xl thanks

Most likely a Large. I have a 34" trouser leg, am 6'2" and usually opt for large. On MTB frames this is usually 19 or 20". I also have a Giant road bike and it's a Large. Wouldn't go with smaller unless you're wanting it for jumping or steep stuff, in which case it's the wrong bike anyway.

try a few sizes out...all bikes are different....and certainly test ride a few b4 you buy !

to be honest there are no bikes locally that have them in stock,so will have to buy online thats why i thought i would ask people with better knowledge than me would you say a med-large or more towards a large-xl

Id say definitely large, medium will be too shrt in the top tube and you'll have the seat jacked up way higher than the bars which is hard on your back, especially if youre new to biking

I would say large. Your the same size as me and all my bikes have been large except the one that was too small which was a medium. XL's are huuuuge.

oh thanks god the more i look at that chart,the more i am looking at the xl hells bells this is harder than i thought there was none of this with my raleigh budgie
