I'm sick of all this euro stuff and I need inspiration for my dull and boring life.

What do you do other than cycling to stop yourself going mad?

The desire to hoof it off on a motorbike is strong, but a little blue eyed angel just learning to say daddy is kyboshing that (and the wife putting her foot down a bit too) - but then i'm sure that's just a midlife crisis

Slaughter small furry animals. And finned ones, too. Eat most.
Ski.
Sail.
Brew beer.
Make bread.
Read books.
Cruciverbalism.
Watch, and waffle about, a lot of rugby.
Two utterly perfect little people to make me laugh, smile, and feel proud. Oh, and have less time to do any of the above. Wouldn't be without them, though.

When your little one gets a bit older you will have a great companion for adventures. I had a great time in Caernarfon with my daughter in the half term just gone - Zipworld, Snowdon, mountain railway and crabbing in the harbour. It is going to be a sad day when she starts wanting to do stuff without me 🙁

I do not do much other than cycling as a hobby. Watch a few football games, try to learn programming, watch occasional bands and theatre. Thinking of joining my local roadie club.

Apologies for rambling

Work, Wife and Kids, Ride that's pretty much it at the moment. Occasionally play computer games, but 2-3 times a month, probably watch too much TV but there's good TV these days.

Youngest is getting a bit less demanding all the time, slowly getting some time back, not complaining though.

It does not count if you are on your own

2) do martial arts
3) Bake cakes and lots of
4) Make bread very often from sourdoughs

I've been playing a Mexican Strat this evening (because it makes less noise unplugged than my thinline Tele so Madame tolerates me noodling whilst watching TV), what's yours Adam?

Snap 😉 well one of my *ahem* 12 guitars is! Nice bits of kit...have you upgraded anything on it? I've swapped out the neck pickup for a P90, put better tuners on, and installed an N-tune (tuner that replaces one of the volume pots)

Rallying. If I'm not out filming for tv programs then I do some co-driving which I'm enjoying more and more. Got back the other week from doing the Safari Rally in Kenya, this weekend it's a single venue event with a new driver doing his first ever rally, at Anglesey Circuit. Life could be worse!

If I had any sort of musical ability then I'd like to learn the guitar. Sadly never going to happen.

Since March of this year, my life has been full of spending every available time outside of my day job, on my classic Norfolk Broads river cruiser/yacht. A planned refit to replace the cabin roof, that wasn't meant to take this long or be so intensive but I am loving the working and caring and creating and learning that this project is demanding of me 8)

Used to do loads of stuff in addition to bikes but now I'm happy to just work to pay for my riding addiction 8)

Suppose you could add seeing friends and family to my list but I tend to use that as an excuse to ride a bike somewhere at the same time 😀

Sleep. Think about sleeping. Talk about sleeping (much to the annoyance of the wife). Soon to incorporate dog walking into the mix, which will usurp cycling in the medium term I suspect. Looking forward to the prospect of walking the dog in all sorts of foul weather. Have definitely lost my mojo for mtbing. I'm hoping to get it back when the dog is old enough to come with me.

Photography is my thing, or so I thought. What I actually do is ponder over the latest equipment, convince myself that an upgrade will be of benefit then trade in a year old camera body with 3000 actuations on it for the latest and greatest model, usually at massive cost.

Been considering my LRPS submission for about 7 years, will do it soon, deffo.
