One thing for the whole lot, or layers of;

a skimpy, thin wetsuit
Chamois shorts
Racing 'briefs'

I bet they MTFU and leave the first two out, right?

A one piece tri suit for me.

Wear it under your wetsuit. Dries out in no time on the bike. Has a minimal ass pad so comfortable on the bike, but does not chaff on the run.

Works for me.

One piece suit.

I tried the two piece (vest and tri shorts) put the top kept riding up over my beer gut. Have you tried wearing pants under cycling shorts? Chaff-tastic

Yeah I was wondering about that picture too. I think she may have been doing a duathlon as you wouldn't swim in that getup and you wouldn't waste 20 secs in transition sticking on some comfy shorts and a t-shirt after the swim.

I wear the 2 piece 2XU endurance stuff. It's all black and the shorts are longer than most.

one pieces make you look like you're off down G.A.Y.

Oh, and no, you don't have to wear a top for the swim, but I think you do for the rest for race numbering and the like.
